Why are microwave meals bland? They taste one note.

I bought a turkey dinner one and the potatoes tasted like nothing. They Turkey and dressing tasted the same. It was as if everything was seasoned with a tiny pinch of salt and nothing else.

If you look for Boston Market brand, Stouffers brand, or sometimes Marie Callendar's brand, they are slightly better in taste.

@4meAndyou There used to be a line of Mexican frozen dinners that I really liked when I was in the mood for Mexican food, haven’t seen them in a very long time. El Charrito was the brand name.

They dope them up with mono sodium glutamate so people will eat them
