Why does everywhere i used to work seem to struggle after i quit?

Lessened hours, high turnover, cant keep staff, things just fall apart, decline in service. Im not saying im the reason but it's just a trend the last 3 places i left went this way

@FutureIdol that is good you could take the lead and i like the fact you take the lead to make things productive. you are a person of my own heart and probably like me hate sloppiness and laziness in the work place

@smiler2012 i hate it when people stand around when theres stuff to be done. I also hate people who pawn off their work onto others. Like i worked at a bubble tea/coffee shop once. I took pride in my drinks but people would hand off crappy looking stuff that wasn't made to standards.

@FutureIdol 😄cor by your reply we almost sounds like two peas in a pod with our outlook and where i work i am sad too say there has a lazy element crept in sadly

I know what u mean. I work and overdo my job not that it matters about money. I like what I do and now it's easy. But once they disrespect me I'm gone
