I am sure if I went there with one of my friend, I would have had chance with one of those posh girls in that area. What do you feel?

I have posted yesterday that I have been to one of the most posh area of our city Bangalore which looks more European than Indian. I ate pasta and burger in a restaurant there. I have seen many gorgeous girls in the 18-30 age range there wearing shorts and sleeveless dresses and many young guys too wearing stylish dresses. The area seems almost as open minded as the Western countries and I was really wishing I lived in that area and got one of those girls as my girlfriend. I am 21 and my heartbeat was still raising seeing such gorgeous girls around my age but too bad I had no chance with them. Many of those posh guys there had a girlfriend which isn't typically common in India. Thats the type of girl I want as they aren't from a traditional Indian family and thats one of the reason I had been wanting to date a Western woman but sadly have to wait 2 years before I can move abroad for higher studies or something. But sadly I went with my parents yesterday so I had no chance of getting those girls yesterday. I wouldn't have had much chances alone either as I am too shy so it would have been better if one of my friend was there with me to build my confidence. Sadly even though I had been living in my city since 2008, I don't know half of my city and never went out alone or with friends so I end up going out with parents and there isn't much freedom thats why. Also that posh area is pretty far from the area where I live. Whats even worse is none of those posh girls are on that app meetme too which I use for dating and friendship so I end up messaging girls from foreign countries.
