Those of you using nasal sprays (decongestants) daily, have you noticed any side effects?

Any heart palpitations or eye bags etc?

this got me off steroidal nose spray, which was giving me lots of problems: all natural, no side effects, took a week of use to see all the benefits, worth it

My nose started bleeding after about a year so i had to stop it for 3 months

Yes...my spending on nasal sprays increased.

They did nothing for me.

No, but I dilute it to at least 1/4 strength.
