Flu in winters aggravates my Sinus problem and I have to use my nasal spray almost half of the day. Anyone else in the same boat?

Try not to overdo it on the nasal spray lest you get desensitized to it and it won't work.

I think nasal spray is some kind of toxin which is why the sinuses retract when you use it.

I used to get wheezing during winter , it's gone now.

I am still buying a inhaler once every 2 years , just in case.

Have you tried a navage or Neti pot?
