Do you know how to fit a sports bra?

These are all different styles and sizes but to me they still look ill fitting.
Are your breast meant to be squished like that? What about the sides? Is the bra like one offering enough support?
I don't want an underwire and I also don't want sweat pooling underneath.
Any advice will certainly help.

Sorry to be a pain.
They look ok to me, the point of a sports bra is to restrict movement, particularly bouce

Those look uncomfortable. If I wear a bra it’s called a leisure bra, no wires, no hooks

Try on a handful of different styles. Uncomfortable sports bras are unbearable and I think everyone is a little bit different in what they need/tolerate.

(And I hate trying anything on so it takes a lot for me to advise that 😂)

@summersong oh gosh I hate trying things on getting hot and everything

I think the first one looks the most comfortable and supportive but i dont have boobs so what do i know. 🤷‍♂️

For me I always wear 2 bras. The more squished they are the less they move.

@NiftyWhite hmm... 🤔

@SW-User defeats what as what? Wears what?

It seems to me that Amanda Anisimova a US tennis player 36B has a very effective sports bra.

Whatever is comfortable but supportive? You could go get fitted by a professional also I'm sure
Mellowgirl · 31-35, F
@SilkandLace2 Well the problem is I seem to have grown in size and the ones for me look like old lady bras

@Mellowgirl oh now, there's so many these days, surely there's something that looks younger and modern?!
