They're both good for you. Ginger is particularly good for motion sickness while I think green tea is just healthy food in a broad sense. I don't think they're gonna like, directly fight off a cold or something. Much slower and indirect.

black elderberry tea, with any addition you like, like acerola cherry, echinacea. make a green tea, add in black elderberry syrup is what i do. ginger tea really needs to be on it's own, but is brilliant for sore throat/cough/aches and pains.
