I usually just zone out and get lost in it. Unless I’m driving or something then obviously that can’t be done.

I do both toe and heel tapping, and switch feet as needed

I tap on my thighs with my fingers, usually.

I honestly had to put on some music, because I didn’t know. Apparently I alternate, depending on how strong the bass is.

I dance in my seat, or if there's guitar I do air guitar.
