Do you think I’m a coward for not standing up for myself and being a doormat? (Be honest)

So one time, I got up, got dressed and ready for the day. One of my cousins knocked on my door and I said “Just a minute.” I was putting stuff away but he barged in anyways. Rude. He told me, “Help us reach the spaghetti noodle.” I asked, “Why can’t you guys get it. You’re tall enough.”
Then he said, “Well not as tall as you duh! Now hurry up and get your ass in there.”
I said “I’ll be there in a few.”
Then 10 minutes later, my other cousin barged into my room and said, “LAYLA! You’re just laying around? We need help. GET YOUR ASS IN THE KITCHEN AND HELP US!!!!!!!!!!!” He screamed at me very rudely and didn’t even apologize.
I was shocked and I went In quickly to help them. They’re making it for their girlfriends that are coming over in five minutes and then they’re going out. They’re twins and guys age 23.
My two best friends called me a coward for letting people treat me like garbage and I’m not a 5 year old child that gets pushed around and I’m too old for that.
One got in my face and said, “Do you like when I get in your face? What are you going to do about it punk?” I was shocked. I told her to stop and her shot back and said, “Well stand up for yourself then! Be a woman! You’re not a five year old anymore! People are just going to see how pathetic you look, especially that a young woman can’t stand up for herself.”
