Sadness has become a part of what I am

I've lived with type 1 Diabetes for 46 years now, where the cure was done 10 years ago and is not allowed to be practiced. So yeah, I know what sadness is, very well. Have you had that rocks in the gut feeling yet? For me, eating right for once finally got me to start to not be sad, where after that it took some effort on my part.
