Will an earthquake make your feet feel vibrations?

That would depend on how great the tremor is, now, would it?

I have been in one that originated in Coalinga California in the 80s. Everything shook so much I had to go outside my house to feel safe and even then everything shook for several minutes.

My left foot feels the vibrations, my uh right foot has nerve damage from extreme cold.
