Why does my gps always send me through the worst areas of town?

I swear whenever I leave my boyfriends my gps always takes me down the worst areas of town. It's like ok go on the highway now get off the highway and go down 8 mile. Um 8 mile after dark is a horrendous idea GPS

If you know how to get to the freeway without a Gps you don't need it🙄

@SW-User for the most part I have the path down but theres still a few exits and interchanges I'm still not sure on

@SStarfish Most of the time. I used to work at a hotel and I got all of the directions calls. I got at least one call a day from someone who got lost following a GPS.
