Sometimes it can be they have other things they want to focus on at the time. I mean, I don't think it's always bad.

I can't really recall if it happened to me. But sometimes I turn my status off just for the sake of it. Sometimes I still reply after, otherwise I try to say so. Maybe not always though.

Tbh I’ve done it before. Sometimes when I hit a rough patch I just can’t deal with being on here and have to disappear for a bit. I try to let people know I’m just taking a break but I don’t always pull it off.

@summersong When I deactivated for the longest time, I told my active conversations I'll be off for a while. Now I don't, because people are used to me going on and off. Though it was never mid conversation, like I've put out something and before they respond I disappear.
