Arg. Both sides. Hurt and upset and hopelessness need to be exhaled to find the peace and the calm. But also joy and good wishes and happiness need to be flung out in hopes of landing with a little boink on someone who needs them. I currently seem to have a bottomless well of both. 馃檭
