My opinion is that you should have first warned the kid not to do that again. If he did it again, you should have pushed him over or slapped him to teach him. Some force should be acceptable in self defense. You could have also gone to a teacher but that would have made you look like a p*ssy. What you definitely shouldn't have done, is let him get away with it, because he might have done it to someone really helpless one day.

@Daewoomatizismyfavcar Even kids need to learn good behavior, otherwise he'll be repeating that sort of behavior even when he's no longer a kid.
