@SW-User It is annoying yes! That's exactly why I stopped taking this supplement for months but now I need it and it does help which means it's worth the trouble haha

@Thevy29 I have Muscular Dystrophy, it's a supplement that I need. I also take creatine monohydrate. They keep me active and stuff.

@PiecingBabyFaceTogether For the large ones, you could get a pill crusher. My family member had to take large ones and they hated pills, their doc said it was ok to crush them and eat it in their yogurt!! Maybe not all meds can be eaten in yogurt after crushed but I'm sure many✨

@Coralmist We used to that with pills that have a powder inside them we would put them for my 2 year old brother then (he's 21 now) in sandwiches. However I never thought it can be done with oil pills, I think it's worth a try.

@PiecingBabyFaceTogether Right, not sure about oil ones. Definitely ask, it may be ok! They have pill cutters so possible you could cut in half, then pour out med/oil into drink or Perhaps yogurt

@adorbz I try to avoid most dairy products lol so no cheese unless it's a cheese cake 😋 or a certain kind of yellow cheese.

@PiecingBabyFaceTogether i understand! I do too when i must, getting blood taken is even worse..i faint on occasion and screaming before the needle even goes in lol..not fun!!

@LeaDhelani 🤗 🤗 poor thing. I just look away during blood tests though if I'm in a bad mood I like to look at the needle as it goes in.
