They are going around with cloths bags looking for stuff to steal from backyards and unlocked vehicles. Anything they can get their hands on to steal. Have been reading a local website for neighbors.

I have wondered what will happen in places like San Francisco and Las Vegas where the streets are crowded with homeless drug addicts.

i think there is a huge concern about skid row in LA. we have a big homeless population too due to our weather. there are over 125 tents. they are trying to social distance them to no avail.
