Have you noticed that it's not just age and underlying illness that are factors in deaths from coronavirus, but it seems like sheer exposure to

the virus particles?

Young doctors and nurses seem to be getting severely sickened and killed by the virus in proportions that don't match the rest of society. The only thing I can think of is that if the virus is all around you, your lungs have that much more to deal with when your immune system finally reacts.
