set your alarm for 5am, get up, be active, start getting ready for bed at 8pm, be asleep by 9pm. same bedtime ritual every night at the same time. no bright lights, tv, computer, phone after 8pm. read or meditate by warm, dim light, and shut it off right before 9pm.

@rickfreeman15 yes, but it's something to :) about, because it's the first step to getting what you want. enjoy the journey! it will be a habit in as little as 28 days.

thanks for ba! 🤗

Get more sleep by getting to bed earlier, like around 9pm. I get up around the same time myself. You are getting your homework done right?

@DudeistPriest I survived undergrad without a proper sleeping schedule but with the demands of my job that doesn't seem to work anymore. And I'll be starting grad school soon which means 60hrs/week so I need to fix things asap
