So I uhhh, started coughing today...

I actually started coughing Sunday but didn’t cough monday.
But did cough yesterday a few times and today a whole lot as of this afternoon.

I had to go to target from some much needed shampoo and body wash. And other very necessary personal hygiene items.
I put in a clean pair of gloves and i since I still have a mask I wore that just in case I do have anything other than allergies (which my symptoms are more consistent with due to watery eyes, NO fever, no nasal drip, no nasal congestion, just itchy nose) I wouldn’t spread any possible diseases to anyone.

I wiped down the cart I used with a Clorox wipe (I have started carrying a few in a ziplock for when I have to go out and run errands. I have only gone 3x since we’ve been out on the shelter in place order.

But I still can’t help but worry that I could possibly have this stupid virus and give it to my loved ones.

How tf am I supposed to protect my family from me?

I already told my boys that can’t use my bathroom or come into my bedroom anymore.

I had all the covid symptoms in February but was told I only had bronchitis- wasn’t even tested for covid19

I was given cough syrup for my cough but I can’t find it and I really need it 😫😫😫

Oh man, that's a bad area to be right now. It sounds like you're taking extra precautions at least. I have a routine when I get to work and home. Pretty much wipe or spray all the common touch spots.

@swandfriends yes I’ve been disinfecting all common spots husband is still working though
Except that man has a superb immune system

Has only been sick 2-3x in the 14 years we’ve been together.

I’m so jealous of him. He takes extra precautions because of me, I’m chronically ill.
