Seriously I should say I dont have any life

My daily routine is wakeup eat, go to work, return back home, be depressed how boring the life is then cry for a while and eat and sleep then wakeup and go to work and same routine again so I dont have any life. I am just a pathetic virgin nagging bitch who is just born to struggle in her life and oneday I will die like this.

Are you blind? Confined to a w/c 24/7? Have palsy and unable to feed yourself? cannot dress or perform simple hygene? Most all of us, even the rich go to work, the ones who cannot suffer from low self- esteem, poor self- worth, poor- self- confidence. Want self- pity? try those impairments on for size.

Most have at least one day off I'm sure you do. Now other than the other routine chores. Consider the amount being depressed, bored, then crying, I imagine thats at least about an hour. you claim a "pathetic"virgin, yet adding a marriage and a baby is going to add to your burden tenfold.

I haven't done real-time management here just a loose overview. Anyone unskilled at this is going to see a LOT of time is wasted with the self pity. Sorry kiddo, most of my generation lived this way but somehow managed to have wonderful experiences and fun. Cut the wasted garbage then perhaps do an inventory of interest, rt, Acting, Dancing, etc. Do the same with career goals you may have considered. Do a third inventory of leisure time activities you like, playing games, music, ot outdoor activity.

Re-do this rough draft only try to include specific time allotments. Do this with someone older so you don't get frustrated. Remember to include all the inventories of "favorites"...block it out neatly, you might be surprised how much real extra time you have and how your happiness and quality of life improves when you start self improvement in leisure, hobbies, even carer goals. Depression and sadness will fade away sincere you won't have time.

Who knows maybe someday you'll decide to be a time management professional yourself. Buy expensive clothes, a great car, nice vacations, and a staff of folks who look up to you and admire you!

(Sorry for the Typo's went extra fast to save time. LOL)

What do you do? As in, what type of job do you have?

It can be difficult to break out of those cycles. Usually traveling does it, but you need money for that and time off work.
