Why do people always worry that I'm by myself?

My parents worry that I spend too much time alone. When they came over, they're like, "Are you by yourself?" I told them no. I heard sounds in my cousins room. My dad knocked and didn't hear anyone. My dad was like, "Poor thing you're by yourself." I told them I'm fine. Then my mom said, "Honey no you're not. I can tell you're miserable. Why don't you call your aunt and spend some time with her? Or spend the night? She is also worries that you're always lonely. She's been trying to get you out of the house."
I already spent the night last week. My aunt is busy today anyways. One of my cousins is working and the other one is out with her boyfriend. My male cousin, his wife and kids all went to their grandmas house for the day. I like being at home. Mom said, "Why don't you come with us? So you won't be by yourself. You need to get out of the house."
Then dad said, "Right now we're not taking no for an answer so come on, get dresses." Everybody always worry that I'm by myself.

I'm sure that they mean well; being a happy, content loner myself-I understand your desire to be alone.
