I never really understood how to end a text conversation

It's an option between that and saying nothing

Promises

I just stop responding and leave it open ended. In a way it just never ends. I only text a couple people and they do the same thing. I realize people get busy or sidetracked. If I'm going to be away for more than a couple days I'll tell the person. Chat soon.
