@Eddiesolds The last time my ex went off on me I told him he needed to look in the mirror when he called me names. You’d have thought I’d slapped his face, he got silent and didn’t say anything after that. I guess it made him for once think.

@riseofthemachine yeah they’ll try to give you advice that will do something to favor themselves. My sister had a scheme hatched up about 45 years ago that she was going to buy a house from a govt auction and have me rent it till they paid it off and then sell it at a profit. She came to my house and told me her husband was going to bid on it. And then she told me I would live in it and the rent wouldn’t be cheap. I didn’t say anything but when I moved and leased an apartment and signed a one-year lease she got the damn message I wasn’t playing her game.

@cherokeepatti i listen to a person and he describes that you have to get detached with everyone with love even close ones .

@Eddiesolds will i tell you why you love it cause when it keeps on happening you try figure it out and then you realise it has fuck all to do with you .
It actully brings up your confidence and makes you less insecure with everyone you meet especially when it happens randomly by groups

@Eddiesolds i used to go back to them all the time and the reason why i went back was cause if i ignore them they'd think im rude or selfish , but i had no choice now but to stay away from them .

Yes, by narcissists. First my mother, then my ex husband, and several in-between. Problem is the one's I've encountered are good at gaslighting. By the time I figure it out I'm kinda shocked that I didn't see it while it was happening, or at least call it for what it was... and disappointed that it has to be that way.
