@SW-User It's not, and my best friend for over 50 years has a condition called lipidemia. It causes the lower body - legs, thighs, butt - to retain large deposits of fat. Waist up, the body is normal.
It has nothing to do with self control, exercise, or diet, although almost everyone thinks it does.
Nearly everything - from clothes shopping to meeting new people - is torture for her. Those "you're disgusting" looks, and more often than you'd think, comments, are painful for her.
This is not that rare.

@Mamapolo2016 Well I can't speak for people with your friends condition but I myself am a big guy struggling to lose some chubb. I dont take fat jokes seriously at all and hardly ever offended by them.
That may be because I know I can do something about it if I so choose. I can see how it could affect people like your friend though.

Laugh at the action not at the person . It would be just as funny if it showed a very skinny person slumping in and causing the same outcome . In my opinion.
