@ImRileyTheDog Jambalaya is a rice and meat dish. Also good.
Voodoo priests are called houngans or (if they’re women) mambos. A lot of the more elaborate aspects like voodoo dolls are played up for show and are not really part of the religion. But yeah, there are real practitioners.
