@angie8819 i am lucky. My Son In Law is a dentist!!
SW-User
@angie8819 yes, but I can't claim for fillings
angie8819 · 56-60, F
@SW-User course you can just put it down as medical expenses. I do
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
With...insurance? 😳
SW-User
@CrazyMusicLover no, it doesn't cover fillings
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
Oh, yes, I think it's not covered here as well but one filling usually doesn't cost more than 50 €. I paid around 20 last time.

Teeth are so incredibly inconvenient. 😑

I've got another consult next Thursday with a different (hopefully better) doctor for my wisdom teeth.
thepreposterouspanda · 36-40, M
@SW-User The top two have fallen out at this point but there are bone fragments left behind that have to be shaved down and the bottom two both have cavities.

Yayyyy being on Prednisone for years on end. 😑
SW-User
@thepreposterouspanda oooh, ouch that sucks😩😩😩😩😩😣😣😣
thepreposterouspanda · 36-40, M
@SW-User Yup yup! And then I have three more extractions on top of that, two crowns, two root canals, and about seven cavities. :)

I am so tired of my health at this point that I could scream and burn things. :D

I had to get one of my broken tooth out. It was soo painful having that tooth and taking it out was another mission.
SW-User

iamonfire696 · 41-45, F
That’s a lot of money
iamonfire696 · 41-45, F
@zerofuks2give oh it’s expensive here too. I am lucky to have 2 insurance plans. Although they are introducing dental coverage under our provincial health plans based on age and income requirements.

I need to get a crown and it’s like $1200
SW-User
@iamonfire696 they are that expensive here too
iamonfire696 · 41-45, F

SW-User

SW-User
@SW-User I'm good now, just need to keep getting annual check up and 6 monthly cleaning
