This section of the wall had just been installed.. The cement that is poured into the foundations to secure the walls takes a while to solidify and go hard.. These sections of the wall had just been installed and the temporary supports that hold the wall vertical while the cement hardens where not strong enough to counter the strong winds and so the wall panels fell over..
These sections where redone so don't fret..

@SW-User Well i guess it is a bit funny as long as it did not fall on anyone.. They picked a bad day for building this section.. should have given the workers the day off.. I hate working in dry hot winds.. It must have been a really hard day for the supervisor and his crew..
