I was watching sports on T.V. and my wife gets home with a trunk full of groceries and asked me to give her a hand. I didn't want to miss any of the game, but I really wanted to help her, so I compromised the situation and held the door open.
During the process of unloading the groceries, she dropped a bag and asked me to pick it up. A kid just so happened to be riding by on his bike and I told him I would pay him if he would pick the groceries up off the ground and bring them into the house.
Now he knows grocery day and comes by on that day to help with the groceries. My wife is happy, he's happy, I'm happy. Win, win, win, situation. The problem was easily solved. 🤪 😀
