I thought it was a real person talking " Hi, I'm blah blah from yadda yadda...how are you today?" I said nothing for 4 seconds then she said "Glad to hear it!" I thought it was very amusing

I like that! I'll have to try it next time I receive what seems a recorded message. I'd rumbled them by trying to interrupt - a human would react, a recording does not.
