You can refuse the assignment stating lack of procedure knowledge, training and work experience.

I had to train a annoying guy who kept asking inappropriate questions and a girl who wanted me to do the job for her.


Since I would be be fired if I punched them I kept my training to minimum.

Tell them neither you are trained to work as trainer, nor you are paid for it. So i can't accept this responsibility.
