What are your morning rituals?
I light a scented candle, today it’s ‘the secret garden’, I have a green smoothie with spinach, celery, fruit etc, I read a few poems. Then I have breakfast.

Wake up quite early
Make coffee, make myself a cup and then the to go mug
Sit a bit and chill while sipping the coffee
Change into running attire… leash my dog and we go for our morning jog..
Oh, the Roomba wakes up and does the round the house vacuuming
Get back from the jog.. feed the pets, then start getting ready for work

Walk across the apartament to switch on the light,
Set the kettle boiling, put sugar in the cup
get nude, use the toilet
weigh myself, record said weight
make tea
brush beard, shave teeth, shower,
get dressed
make food for work, eat one sandwitch there and then
go to work
