trading two soda vending machines for two toolbox vending machines that are basically repurposed snack machines and a vending locker.. car dealership is getting the better deal value wise but I am also getting three free oil changes

The price of oil these days, it costs just as much to have a shop do it as it does to do it yourself. Good bargain on that deal.
