Did you ever have one of these friends?

Not a friend but someone I worked with. The morning break conversations were something else, but it was usually about surgeries, illnesses etc. If you mentioned you had gallstone surgery and they got 20 gallstones, she would say they got 50 from her gallstone surgery. It was every single time. I had to stop taking breaks in the office because of that.

Im trying not to be like that but the narcissi strain in my dna runs on auto sometimes 😬 its not a conscious thing but i’m truing to be more aware and halt it and all that ..

never had a friend like that. i have had the opposite there where no matter what you say, he would always try to make it where he was worse off.
it would get annoying really fast.
