My Friends mom was in Hospice

For the fifth time. Tonight she passed. I can’t cancel my daughters birthday so I won’t be there to mourn with them. By the time I can travel, the funeral will probably be over.

How do you spend time with someone’s family when that person is gone.

my friends mom died after spending months in hospice too.. we went to the memorial service even tho it was hundreds of miles away and i hadn't seen my friend irl in over 20 years..

When members of my family passed, I remember the nice memories people wrote in cards or pictures they shared. It meant alot

Be in touch with them the best way you can.
You don't have to be with them physically for them to know you care. They'll feel and appreciate it. 💜
