Everyone has that happen but most of the time most can shrug it off as brain gibberish. Unless you like have Ocd then you have intense reactions to those which are called obsessions cause you can't get the thoughts out of your head. Then you end up panicking over it. But it is completely normal to have both bad thoughts and intrusive thoughts at various times though. But if they get worse or start coming with panic attacks tell a doctor.
