I feel like some people just want validation...

My apologies in advance, I don't like to be negative, but I really wanted to make a post about this. Haven't you also run into people who are eager to befriend you when you show interest, but if at some point you stop being amazed by their accomplishments, status, or percieved intelligence, they turn cold towards you? I think it happens more often on the internet. In my experience, I just get used to people once I know them. I hate to think it, but it seems like such people are in need of validation from others and care more about their own egos than friendships... which is ironic, because maybe if they had more friends, their egos wouldn't be so damaged or fragile. 馃様

@TryingtoLava That's a bit of a strange perspective to have, but it's yours. 馃槆

Those are fake. people.
People who want you to agree with them all the time. People who want you to make them happy. People who do not want you to stop pleasing them.
Never entertain those types.
Just be you.
