Yeah, that'll happen sometimes. Honestly, if you keep even one of your friends from that circle, consider that a blessing.

Gotta hold on them to them as tightly as possible. Ive lost 99% of my friends. Either because of bad blood or simply growing apart. Gotta remind them often how important they are to you

It gets worse and worse till all friends are gone. It's the way growing up is.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It happens. continue to make the effort and take an interest in the new things in their life. Just remember relationships change. But friends maintain a common experience that nobody else gets.

It's just a part of growing up

If it's any consolation.......you have reached that second stage of life. The friends you have known since elementary are slowly beginning to drop away as you get a little older, and your personal choices morph in to new personal experiences......just as their's are morphing and growing in new directions. When we're kids in school we think "we'll always stay together."
If I only had a dollar every time that phrase has been uttered.
And yet, that's life. It has come for every one of us, touching our individual interests. You're moving on.....

Your lives are going in different directions. I'm sorry you're experiencing this, but you are not alone. I have a grandchild going through the same things. I think it's mostly how life goes unless you manage to be in the same clubs, classes, etc...
As for my grandson, he sees his friends rarely, but has made new friends he sees more often.
If you wish, keep trying with your friends, but maybe put some effort into potential new friends around you.

Learn to be comfortable in and with yourself - friends come and go.
