His date started kissing him a lot and she clearly wanted sex and I could tell he felt uncomfortable by the look on his face as I was passing through with popcorn, so I made up some excuse to say hello to them before anything else could happen. He thanked me later. He told her no but she wasn't listening.

In that situation, as well as being assaulted, the male has so many conflicting emotions about
- not being ready for action anytime
- not being a real man
- not being a male
- even maybe being gay (for those whose personal sexual identity is straight)

all the stereotypical things that he may or may not care about, confronting him at the same time simply because someone is not respecting his boundaries.

I know any assault by any sex on another is a serious thing, however, I am not sure whether much explanation has been provided for some of the things that can go through a man's mind in this situation.
