Change is hard

My friend found another job that is going to be really good for her. Their vetting process took months because they really want to hire good people which she is, she’s freakin amazing, the best heart.

I have been so conflicted with the whole process though because I want her to have the best but I don’t want her to leave. We hangout everyday at work, walking, and having lunch together and now we won’t have that and hurts, a lot.
