....and I decided to stay with what I ate. I’ve sat with others eating meat, which isn’t a big deal, and not fancied anything that they had on their plate - not the smell or the look.

@SW-User It’s pretty easy. Takes a little thought, of course, but it’s quite exciting.....you can make up your own recipes! Go on and try it.

@MiyaDuponte I did it for a short stint but ready to try it for a longer period if not indefinite
