candy grape and candy watermelon flavour doesn't taste anything like the real thing

Cotton candy grapes do have a similar flavor…oops you were talking about candy and not the fruit.

Same with strawberry, orange and pretty much any flavor. Only banana comes quite close, but that makes sense as the real fruit is also man made.

Grape candies are mostly nasty. I find that pina colada or pineapple hard candies actually taste of pineapple and or coconut but those are outlier flavors.
