Do you have bad luck with trying new recipes? I keep trying to make honey butter rolls and they always come out weird😅

You should call the baker's hotline at King Arthur Baking Co. (in VT)...they are an employee-owned co. which makes great flours, etc., and have a baking hotline answer to the Butterball Turkey hotline.

Gluten free recipes are very iffy depending on what brand of gluten-free flour you use. I just have to try them out and keep them if they are good.

I’m not versatile enough to be legit in the kitchen. There’s a half dozen things I can do well, but my overall skill is limited.

I just go with what I know these days. Too skurd to expand haha
