It doesn't matter - I only use the noodles, because I make my own broth with stocks, sauces, veggies, herbs, spices, and sometimes meats/eggs.

@Azlotto Big flavor, such a classic... I like a touch, myself, sometimes. Another good one, if you haven't tried, is Bragg's Liquid Aminos (doesn't sound delectable, but it is), or Tamari sauce (which is just a certain type of soy sauce, wheatless). The possibilities are literally innumerable
