How often, if ever, does he do the prep work for the home cooking?

I think that's often true. Cheaper, too!

As long as he's willing to help with the cooking at home...

I feel better when I don’t eat all that salt and grease at the restaurants but I do like to go out every now and then and let somebody else do the work. He probably feels better also.
