I Love Fish N Chips

If there's one thing where I live has plenty of, it's fish and chips shops. My local one is the best in the area. It was a treat for us when I was growing up, with a piece of fish as large as your forearm surrounded by a mound of chips and liberally splashed with plenty of salt and vinegar. I don't really want to know why it's bad for me, the fat or high calorie content, I don't live on it and so every now and then I love to walk to the chippie and enjoy smelling the aroma that wafts down the street towards me before I walk in and place my order. I love plaice and chips, and any who turn their noises up for whatever reasons at this delicious traditional dish, go soak your heads in the ocean.
