I want to make beef burritos with white rice but I'm afraid it's going to taste plain.

I made them one other time with white rice and the rice was too white or something, but I can't remember the recipe. I'm going to try adding sour cream to them. I want to get it right. I know I didn't use sour cream last time. I use Pinterest and sometimes I forget which recipe I used especially if it didn't make an impression and or I don't rate it.
