I Do Not Drink Coffee [Coffee]

Water is sufficient for me. I generate my own energy by exercising in the morning, eating healthy, sleeping enough, and taking care of myself. Also, my mood remains stable throughout the day if I drink water. If I drink coffee, I feel anxious and more energetic after drinking it and hours after, then I feel depressed at the end of the day. Coffee makes my mood go up and down.
