It's a spice taken from a flower. It looks like this.

Adds a distinctive aromatic flavor to food & drinks. Kinda "flowery" like its origin. Also a nice intense yellow color. It's honestly hard to describe and I can't compare it to anything else. You will have to try it :)

In my country (Morocco) it's common but I think if you're in the US then you can find it in North African/Middle Eastern stores or online. @DIABLISS
