Beer drinkers

It’s a great day despite the rain!

I used to down 24 beers a day when I was young. I been slowing down my Habit ever since then. So If I drink today I would finish at least 10 or 12 Beers

It certainly is if that's a habit, risking long-term damage.

I had had few binges over the years but my average intake now is down to about 2 pints one evening a week, and there are weeks when I don't drink alcohol at all.

I stay in the 2 to 4 range. Occasionally 6. Long way from the twelve a night though.

That is a lot tbf but I used to drink at least that much everyday. Long term it's bad for you.
